COVERAGE CARD

You will receive your customized coverage card by email when your enrolment in the Plan has been activated, within 6 weeks of your coverage start date. Check the junk folder in your student inbox before requesting a replacement card.

Note: You must print the card and keep it on you at all times in order to present it to medical staff to receive care and be eligible for reimbursement.

Your card is valid for the current school/policy year, subject to the conditions of the master policy.
